The Community Road Show has earned its positive reputation because we go out of our way to provide truly exceptional service to each of our vendors and customers. We understand that your needs can change last minute, and we're ready to adapt our services quickly to ensure your success. Read on to learn more about what we can do for you.
Ease of applying for a show
You can obtain an application by emailing us or find us on festivalnet.com. All applications will be processed through Zaplication. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for show date releases.
Early Notice for Planning
With our shows, dates are posted well in advance, so you can plan your show schedule accordingly. At the close of the application deadline, shows will be juried within 30 days with notice to vendors. There will be no waiting months and months with us.
Constant Communication
You won't be left in the dark. We will be in constant communication with you from the time you complete your application and are accepted into the show right up until the day of the show. After the show, you will receive a survey to complete that will allow us to continuously grow and improve the quality of our shows.
​Juried Shows
All of our shows are juried. There is a small non-refundable jury fee due at the time of application. If accepted into the show, the jury fee will be applied to your balance due. A juried show ensures the quality of vendors and exhibit spaces and ensures vendors exclusivity of products at the show.
Show Preparation
Vendors will receive detailed instructions before the show and at registration the day of the show. Information will cover load in/load out instructions, site information, and more.
Featured Vendors
Vendors will have an opportunity to showcase their product or service free of charge at the show. Our shows will feature 15 minute exhibitions throughout the show where vendors can showcase their product or service. This will keep customers engaged, educate them about your product and/or service, drive customers to your booths, and keep customers shopping longer.
For our vendors who travel alone, The Community Roadshow will have booth sitters available throughout the day for you to use the restroom and grab lunch.
Community Roadshows will be well advertised which brings customers to your booth. From social media, to billboards, to radio spots, the message will be out that we are coming to town. This means a better show for you to book knowing customers will be there.
